At its core, SleepSheep is a sleep journal. You can log the quality and duration of sleep every night to help you discover sleep disruptive patterns that may not be noticable otherwise.
Track your habits
SleepSheep allows you to create “trackables” which are habits or behaviours you can track when logging your sleep. Things like “Worked out for at least 30 minutes”, “Had caffeine 8 hours before bed”, “Took a nap” are all examples of trackables.


Find correlations
SleepSheep compares the quality and duration of your sleep against your “trackables” and determines if there’s any correlation. Maybe 1 glass of wine before bed helps you sleep, but 2 causes you to be exhausted the next morning. Maybe that extra cup of coffee is impacting your sleep more than you thought. Whatever you think might be affecting your sleep, SleepSheep can help you get to the root of the issue.
